A Muse to Inspire Change My muse is gone. She has been for about 30 days. Eventually, they always go, it's their nature. I'm not an artist in the conventional sense, in that I don't create something that people can look at and acknowledge as art. But my muse, she is close enough to see and appreciate the art in what I do. Transformation is my medium and the world around me is my pallet. Change flows through me and around everything I do. Whether it's helping a 20-year old understand her addiction, advising a wealthy older man as he prepares for his final days and his family's future without him, guiding a woman through the process of rebuilding her entire life, leading a tech company through the IPO process and it's owners through the process of becoming wealthy and sought after virtually overnight, or molding the landscape around me, change is my purpose. When someone or something needs change, we find each other (it's always exciting when that happens). I love what I do, but it takes a tremendous amount of time and energy. My muse is the source of my energy. All I need is her presence, appreciation, and understanding. Come to me. Inspire me. What we will accomplish will be amazing. You must be open to the fact that there are no facts, and extremely open-minded in all areas of life. You must be comfortable with the idea that anything is possible. You must be prepared for everything in your life to change, even those things that you know to be true. You should be old enough to know you don't know everything, and enough to not be set in your ways.
